1. General Risk Warning

Trading foreign exchange, index CFDs, cryptocurrencies, futures, options and synthetic indices carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose without hardship.

2. Signals Are Informational, Not Advice

GEGO publishes signals generated by proprietary technical indicators. These signals:

• Are not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
• Do not account for your individual financial circumstances, goals or risk tolerance.
• Are not guaranteed to be profitable.
• Should never be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific instrument.

GEGO is not a licensed financial adviser. Every trading decision you take is yours alone.

3. Past Performance ≠ Future Results

Historical win-rates, signal-performance graphs, backtests and educational examples reflect past behaviour of the indicator against historical price data. They do not guarantee similar performance in live markets. Real-world execution introduces slippage, spread, gaps, requotes, latency and broker-specific price differences.

4. No Broker Connection

GEGO does not connect to your broker. GEGO does not place trades. If you choose to act on a signal, you enter the trade yourself on your own broker. Your broker's terms, spreads, execution quality, leverage and margin requirements determine your actual result — not GEGO's published entry / SL / TP.

5. Leverage, Margin & Liquidity

Products like CFDs, FX and synthetics are typically leveraged. Small adverse moves can cause disproportionate losses and margin calls. Crypto and small-cap instruments can gap violently outside normal hours.

6. Automated Execution Is Your Responsibility

If you configure any third-party service (EA, script, copy-trader) to act on GEGO signals, you accept full responsibility for its behaviour. GEGO does not endorse or support any external execution tool.

7. Regulatory Restrictions

Some instruments referenced by GEGO signals (e.g. Deriv synthetics, high-leverage CFDs, certain cryptocurrencies) may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local law.

8. Emotional & Psychological Risk

Trading can produce anxiety, addictive behaviour and impulsive decision-making. If you feel you are trading beyond your means or emotional capacity, stop immediately and consult a qualified professional.
