GEGO Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data GEGO collects, why, and your rights over it.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, subscription tier and status.
- Identifiers: GEGO User ID and hashed API key for your TradingView webhook.
- Signals & journal: signals received from your indicator, and trades you record or import into your personal journal.
- Communication: notification preferences and (if you opt in) your Telegram chat ID.
- Technical: IP address at authentication for security auditing; browser user-agent; timestamps of consent.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Broker passwords, MT4/MT5 credentials, Deriv OAuth tokens or any broker API keys — GEGO never connects to a broker.
- Card CVCs (handled directly by Stripe).
- Crypto wallet seed phrases.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Deliver signals to the correct user.
- Bill your subscription (via Stripe).
- Send transactional email (via Resend).
- Send optional signal alerts via Telegram.
- Improve the Service and detect abuse.
4. Third-Party Processors
- Stripe — payments (PCI-DSS Level 1).
- Resend — transactional email.
- Telegram Bot API — optional signal delivery.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI features (chat / journal image describe). Only the content you submit to those features is sent.
- MongoDB Atlas — encrypted data storage.
5. Retention
Account records are retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation for tax, dispute and compliance reasons.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email privacy@gego.trading and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
GEGO uses only strictly-necessary cookies (authentication session token). No third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
GEGO is not intended for users under 18. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.
